About the founder and Executive Assistant
Philip Cha and Sophia are the team that makes "Teamwork makes DreamWorks!" They practice real estate business based on the 3 Rs: Responsive, Reliable, and Responsible.

Broker Philip Cha
Philip Cha founded Austin Realty International with a vision to elevate the real estate experience by providing exceptional service to clients from all backgrounds. A longtime resident of Austin, Texas, since 1980, Philip proudly calls Austin home and possesses extensive knowledge of the local market and community.
Before entering the real estate industry, Philip built a successful career spanning more than 25 years in sales, leadership, and customer service, working as a Karate Master and Automotive Sales Professional. These experiences helped shape his strong commitment to supporting individuals and families in achieving their short- and long-term goals.
As a dedicated real estate broker, Philip is passionate about guiding clients through every stage of the buying, selling, and investing process. He takes great pride in helping people find their dream homes and build a secure future through real estate.
Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University. His educational background provides valuable insight into understanding people, building relationships, and delivering personalized service.
Beyond real estate, Philip is actively involved in multicultural communities and is committed to mentoring and encouraging younger generations. He believes in bridging generational gaps, fostering meaningful relationships, and strengthening communities through positive leadership, coaching, and service. His mission is not only to help clients achieve their real estate goals but also to help build stronger families, communities, and society.

Sophie G.
Sophia serves as the Administrative Assistant at Austin Realty International and is often the first point of contact for prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and clients. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication by handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to inquiries, and connecting clients with the appropriate members of the real estate team.
Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly demeanor, Sophia helps coordinate appointments, facilitate client communications, and ensure that every inquiry receives prompt attention. Her dedication to excellent customer service helps the team respond quickly and efficiently to meet clients' real estate needs.
